Thompson Sales truly makes customer satisfaction the most important job from the moment you pull onto their lot. My service consultant is aware of my repair needs when I pull up and is always polite. When I called him about my problem, he listened and then said " Let me check on this, I believe it is covered under your extended warranty and we will be happy to repair this at no charge to you." Now that was music to my ears. The waiting room is always clean and the snack bar is always well stocked. I have been a customer of our local Chevrolet dealer for many years...and even as good as they are they could take lessons from Thompsons. When the time comes to look for a new car, I will def look at Thompson first because of their customer service!
