We were at your door at 730am, the first in line. Service Advisor, Randy Rose, listend to us relate how our car was performing. He turned our car over the Serivce Tech Randy Wright were he found the problem. Your parts staff managed to loacte a remanufactured computer unit, had it delivered and the repair was accomplished by mid day.
Throughout our wait, Randy Rose, from time to time, kept us informed of our status. Your customer waiting facility is outstanding. You provide a comfortable place to wait and the availability of a thoughtful selection of "treats" is a delightful plus. My wife and I felt very fortunate to find the Thompson facility. Everyone treated us with courtesy and compassion. We give Thompson Sales high marks on all aspects of customer service!

Now that was music to my ears. The waiting room is always clean and the snack bar is always well stocked.
