I had an amazing experience here yesterday buying my very first car! From the minute I walked in Mark Cotner took care of me, even though he was just stopping by on his day off! He knew I was needing some fatherly guidance lol as this was my first dealership experience, so he went home and changed and hopped on the clock for me. He walked me through the whole process and was kind, patient, honest, and helpful. I was grateful to be able to work with him. Carole was also wonderful, who helped me with the paperwork and gave me lots of free insurance advice haha. I had a great experience, the facility was top notch, and the team was kind and professional. Not to mention I scored a great deal! Can’t recommend this place enough.

They are like a well oiled machine...the oil changes are in a separate building from maintenance and sales...so usually no waiting to get in..3 or 4 bays...and alot of workers!!

Mike Peters was referred to me by one of his repeat customers and let me tell ya, I fully understand why she is a repeat customer. Mike is extremely personable and knowledgeable. My wife and I had the best experience when purchasing our Cadillac. Tito Amarillas is the best salesperson. He treated us very well and not just as a sale. No pressure, no excitement, no expectations. We just discussed the vehicle and what Thompson could do to put us in the vehicle we wanted. Our buying experience at Thompson was a great experience. Lance was very attentive to our needs and made the process easy peasy. The facilities are lovely and accommodating.
