good experience buying a new car from Thompson Sales. Working with Mike Peters and Chris Decaro was great. Both of them were very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. Mike just sold me my first GMC Sierra. He was not a high pressure guy, and actually is very relaxed. You will enjoy him and his approach to sells. He will work with you to the best of his ability to get what you are looking for.

We had recently replaced the power steering pump in our 2015 Acadia in the Kansas City area. On a trip to Springfield, the power steering went out. We were able to get the SUV scheduled for service first thing the next day. Nick M and crew in the service department got the problem identified quickly, had the part in stock (new pump), and had us on our way by mid-day. The parts and labor were covered under warranty. The waiting room was spacious, comfortable, and included free Wi-Fi, snacks, and a shuttle service. Nick kept us regularly informed throughout the morning including getting the warranty info from the KC dealer, and was a pleasure to work with. For something bad to happen, we couldn't have asked for a better experience afterwards to get things resolved. Would highly recommend them.

I worked with Tristan and Anthony and was able to get a great deal on a new 2025 Sierra Denali. They were easy to work with and very quickly agreed on a deal. Tristan did a great job, with showing how the different features of our truck worked and took the time to introduce us to the different departments that we will be using going forward. Jon Randall and AJ, and Digger were all awesome! Jon was extremely patient and was not pushy at all. He answered all of my questions, and he allowed me to get into several vehicles. I am loving my new car and how they collectively worked to make it all happen to get me into the one I wanted. I initially had been going back and fourth between 3 different ones and came to the one in the middle. Keep up the great work! While I don’t plan on being back anytime soon, I would love to work with them again in the future on the next vehicle.

This is our second new vehicle we have purchased from Thompson Buick GMC of Springfield, Mo. It is conveniently located, they have large selection of vehicles and they are so easy to work with. The salesman went above and beyond for me. I was replacing a car wrecked in an accident. There was a delay in the funds from the insurance company getting into my bank account. This insurance money is what I had to use as my down payment. The salesman that I worked with and the dealership were kind enough to hold the car for me until I received my insurance money. Everyone I worked with was extremely courteous and friendly. It was a true pleasure working with this dealership.

Although I didn’t buy my car here, Nate Little was extremely helpful & instrumental in getting me to my new car. I test drove a blazer on a whim after looking at Toyota RAV4s previously and was impressed with his knowledge. The sales team was great, just didn’t have the car that spoke to me on a time crunch! They also didn’t blow up my phone with promotions after I gave them my number.

The purchase went smooth. Tito and Carol were great! They took their time,made sure I understood everything and were very precise and clear.
