I had the absolute best expierence getting my new car at Thompson Sales! From the first time I walked into the delearship, each interaction with the staff was amazing. I worked with Deon throughout my whole entire process. He was so patient with me when I was trying to decide on a car. I never felt pushed into making the decision he answered any and all questions I had! There was a mixup with my bank which delayed the process. Deon and the staff at Thompson were so patient and helped me during the delay even though it was not their responsibility, the continued to keep me updated on their end and make sure every was moving as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend Thompson to anyone who is in the market for a new car! Deon was amazing to work with and I will definitely come back for any future purchases!

This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Thompson. We’ve worked with Jon each time and the experience has been the same each time- fantastic. We never worry about getting lowballed on a trade value. They are always fair. We are well taken care of in the dealership, in text or on the phone. It never fails, when we’re looking for something in particular, Thompson always has what we want. I was at the Lake from St. Louis. Unfortunately I had a small accident, Thompson got me in quickly and made sure I was safe to drive home at a reasonable rate! Will consider the 4 hr drive when next buying a new vehicle
