My experience was first class from the moment we entered the showroom. We told Steve Hurd what we were looking for, he found it immediately, negotiated a deal and a great trade...done! The finance dept. was also fantastic and Adam was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend going to Thompson for your next great deal!!

Once again Tristan Primanzon and Thompson Buick made the purchase of a new Buick Enclave a simple process. The amount of inventory available was good and we were able to get a vehicle we really wanted. No high pressure sales. Tristan is knowledgeable about the different models and helped us get started with all of the technology. Will definitely buy from Thompson and Tristan again.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Thompson Sales Company, and my sales associate was Alek Mendez. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured during the buying process. He stayed late to help finalize my purchase and took the time to answer all of my questions. What impressed me most was his follow through after the sale. There was a small item we agreed would be addressed if I purchased the vehicle, and even though it costs the dealership money, Alek has continued to check in and follow up to make sure it gets taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Alek. Ayden was a great salesperson and Carole was an amazing finance lady. They made us feel comfortable and welcome.

Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with were very friendly, helpful and professional. I will absolutely use them for any future vehicle purchases.

Hunter was very nice, not pushy, just tried very hard to get me in the car I wanted. He and a couple of others succeeded in making that happen. Not our first purchase from Thompsons, probably not our last. Very easy to work with.

I telephoned a week and a half ago spoke with a salesman named Brent. We wanted a particular Cadillac car certain things were a must to have and we got a phone call last Wednesday that they had that car. We came up this Saturday and we test drove the car we knew we wanted it. We’re so happy with the service we received. We did have an issue with having to wait longer than we were expecting to wait to close the deal with the financial department. To be honest, we were very upset. They kept checking on us though, and they offered us lunch. We waited hours before they got to. Being that we were not financing. They got us right through very quickly and as we were leaving, the sales manager ask if they could fill our Escalade up with gas and apologized, they had already filled up the Cadillac we purchased with fuel . What could have been a negative experience because of the hours of waiting turned out to be one of the finest experiences that I’ve had with a company in many many years. Thank you Mr Brent, Mr Adam and of course the Sales Manager to whom I should apologize because I am unable to recall his name. You folks truly gave Old Fashioned service and my family appreciates all that you’ve done.

Pleasurable experience! Made a contact online and everything was put in place from the test drive to getting setup with sales. Thanks, Vince, for all you did in the process. Purchased a 2020 GMC Canyon.
