I telephoned a week and a half ago spoke with a salesman named Brent. We wanted a particular Cadillac car certain things were a must to have and we got a phone call last Wednesday that they had that car. We came up this Saturday and we test drove the car we knew we wanted it. We’re so happy with the service we received. We did have an issue with having to wait longer than we were expecting to wait to close the deal with the financial department. To be honest, we were very upset. They kept checking on us though, and they offered us lunch. We waited hours before they got to. Being that we were not financing. They got us right through very quickly and as we were leaving, the sales manager ask if they could fill our Escalade up with gas and apologized, they had already filled up the Cadillac we purchased with fuel .
What could have been a negative experience because of the hours of waiting turned out to be one of the finest experiences that I’ve had with a company in many many years. Thank you Mr Brent, Mr Adam and of course the Sales Manager to whom I should apologize because I am unable to recall his name. You folks truly gave Old Fashioned service and my family appreciates all that you’ve done.
