They finished it, and they made it work, but waited 2 weeks for them. And had a warrenty that provides a rent-a-car... finally got it the last 2 days. I mean... really? Whats the deal? Guess their to worried about selling cars than satisfying customers. JS.

Great place, I messaged a salesman about what I was looking for (Patty-O) told him exactly what I needed out of it, where I wanted to be as far as price/mileage and year, he made it happen with a truck that hadn't made the internet yet, he wasnt pushy, and they are one of the few if not only dealership in town that doesnt get pushy about using in house financing.
I was pleasantly surprised at Thompson, the price was fair, PattyO was NOT pushy at all, most dealerships get pushy from the sales to finance about utilizing their in house financing, but i didnt get that here. I told them I wanted to use my credit union, ok no problem, well just treat this as a cash deal. Highly recommend going here
I could not be more pleased with Thompson Cadillac Sales Company's salesman Eric Simon as he worked with me on getting my new 2026 CT5 Red Cadillac. He was very reponsive to all my questions and made sure they were all answered. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I had used their Service department before but this was the first new car I purchased from them. I would do it again.
